¡Hola! un día más estoy aquí con el segundo post sobre cuidado facial. Una vez hemos limpiado el rostro bien es el momento de utilizar productos que traten e hidraten según las necesidades y tipo de piel. En mi caso, tengo piel sensible, mixta y principio de rosácea por lo que tengo que utilizar productos adecuados que no irriten y que calmen mi piel.


Hi! I'm back here with the second post about facial care. Once you have cleaned the face it is the time to use products that treat and hydrate according to needs and skin type. In my case, I have sensitive, mixed skin and I have rosacea to. So I have to use suitable products that don't irritate and soothe my skin.

Voy a explicar los productos que utilizo en el orden de uso. En primer lugar aplico el tónico. Este paso es importante ya que prepara la piel para el tratamiento que vayamos a utilizar después. Yo utilizo el de vitamina C de Klapp. Ya os comenté algo sobre este producto anteriormente. Lo que más me gusta es que ayuda a unificar el tono de la piel, esto va genial sobretodo después del verano porque aunque hayamos llevado cuidado con el sol siempre empiezan a salir algunas manchitas y en un par de semanas con este tónico el problema desaparece. Pero añado un truco, si queréis un toque de frescor para descongestionar la piel se puede meter un ratito al frigo, notarás la diferencia cuando lo apliques.

I will explain the products in the order that I use it. First I apply the tonic. This step is important because it prepares the skin for the treatment that we will use later. I use Vitamin C from Klapp. I've talked about it above. What I like is that it helps to unify the skin tone, this is great especially after the summer. Even if we have been careful with the sun, you can see some spots and in a couple of weeks with this tonic the problem disappears. But I add a trick, if you want a touch of freshness for decongest the skin, you can put it on the fridge for a while, you will notice the difference when you apply.




En cuanto a contorno de ojos, he batallado mucho con ellos. Si mi piel es sensible, la del contorno de ojos es lo siguiente. Todos los productos que probaba me daban alergia o me producían reacción. Hasta que por fín encontré la solución en la marca Sesderma. Y es que no exageraba cuando os decía que tienen productos para pieles con todo tipo de necesidades. El que yo uso en concreto es el de vítamina C (irás descubriendo mi vicio por la vitamina C, bendito ácido ascórbico). Una vez pasado el momento farmafriki, os diré que para las pieles jóvenes que necesitan potenciar la vitalidad y el brillo y todavía no necesitan tratar arrugas ni marcas de edad, la vitamina C va genial ya que nos permite reforzar la piel y prevenir el envejecimiento.

Talking about the eye area, I have had a lot of problems finding the right product. My skin is sensitive, so the eye contour it is much more. All products I tested gave me allergy or produced me a bad reaction. Until I finally found the solution in the Sesderma brand. I wasn't exaggerating when I said they have products for skin with all kinds of needs. The one I use is the Vitamin C (you'll discover my addiction by vitamin C, blessed ascorbic acid). Once past the Pharma-freak time, I will say that for young skins that need to keep the vitality and brightness. And don't need treat wrinkles or age spots, vitamin C is great because it allows us to strengthen the skin and prevent aging.



El siguiente paso es el sérum, este producto es un concentrado de principios activos que penetra más profundamente que una crema, pero que sin esta no ejerce su acción de la misma manera. Así que si estabais dudando sérum o crema la respuesta es crema y lo más completo es ambos. Ya que se complementan y actúan mejor juntos. Puede ponerse primero el sérum y luego la crema o mezclarlos en la mano y aplicarlos directamente. Una vez más la marca elegida es Sesderma, es un sérum con nanopartículas en forma de liposoma. Está recomendado para todo tipo de pieles incluso con rosácea y ayuda a prevenir el fotoenvejecimiento. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es el formato, viene en un frasco protegido de la luz y con un cuentagotas. Se recomienda evitar tocar la parte que está en contacto con el sérum, de esta forma se evita la contaminación y el producto estará durante más tiempo en sus condiciones óptimas.

The next step is the serum, this product is a concentrate of active ingredients that penetrates deeper than a cream, but without this,the action isn't the same. So if you were wondering what to use, serum or cream, the answer is cream and most complete is both. Since they complement  eachother and work better together. You can put the serum first and then the cream or mix them in hand and apply directly. Again the chosen brand is Sesderma, is a serum with liposomes. It is recommended for all skin types including rosacea and helps prevent photoaging. One of the things I like most is the format,  it comes in a bottle with dropper and protected to the light. It is recommended to avoid touching the part that is in contact with the serum, thus pollution is avoid and the product will be longer in optimal conditions.

En cuanto a la hidratación estoy bastante dividida. He probado algunas cremas con el factor solar y no me ha gustado el resultado por lo que después de la crema de día me pongo mi crema solar encima y se acabó. Uno de los problemas resuelto. El otro problema es que hay dos marcas que me gustan bastante y todavía tengo una tercera por probar que se que no me defraudará. Voy por partes, durante el verano utilicé la crema Crème Prodigieuse de Nuxe, tiene potentes activos antioxidantes por lo que hidrata, descansa y protege la piel del estrés oxidativo que es el principal responsable del envejecimiento cutáneo. La verdad que me gustó mucho, tanto como dejó mi piel como el tacto y sobre todo el olor que es el mismo que el de Huile prodigieuse.

With the hydratation I am quite divided. I have tried some creams with sunscreen and I don't like it. So after the cream I put my sunscreen over it. One of the problems solved. The other problem is that there are two brands that I like a lot and I still have a third brand to prove. During the summer I used Crème Prodigieuse from NUXE. It is a concentrate in powerful anti-oxidants. It moisturizes, revives and protects skin from oxidative stress, one of the main causes of skin aging. Actually one of the things I like more about it is that it has the Huil prodifieuse fragrance.




Pero por otro lado, como os comenté, estas navidades aproveché una promoción en la que pagando el tratamiento en cabina de Bruno Vassari te regalan la crema de día. ¡Y yo que creía que me había comprometido con Nuxe casi de por vida! Y para terminar el dilema, los reyes me trajeron el pack de sérum + crema de día de vitamina C (¡ya lo se!) de Sesderma. De momento solo he probado las dos primeras y me encantan ambas. La de sesderma la utilizaré cuando termine la que estoy usando ahora pero esta marca nunca me ha decepcionado. Así que supongo que las combinaré dependiendo de la temporada.

By the other hand, as I said, last Christmas I took a promotion in my beauty center. I paid the salon treatment and they gave me the Bruno Vassari day cream for free.  And to end the dilemma, I recieved for Christmas the pack of serum + day cream vitamin C (I know!) Of Sesderma. So far I have only tried the first two and I love both. of sesderma. I will use when I finish the one that I'm using now, but this brand has never disappointed me. So I guess I will combine them depending on the season.





La única crema de protección solar que me ha convencido es la de anthelios fluido 50+
ya que no deja la piel grasa ni con brillos y tampoco deja el típico aspecto blanquecino de los factores solares. Quiero hacer incapié en la importancia de la protección solar todo el año. De nada sirve prevenir y tratar el fotoenvejecimiento con nuestros tónicos, sérums y cremas si luego nos exponemos sin protección a la cada vez más alta radiación solar.

Por la noche utiilzo el sérum de Mary Kay específico para tratar la piel durante el descanso para ayudar a detoxificar. El principio activo está encapsulado en partículas que se abren al aplicarlo en la piel.

At night I use the serum of +Mary Kay  specifically to treat skin during the night to help detoxify. The active ingredient is encapsulated in particles that open when applied to the skin.




Para terminar, utilizo la crema de noche de Avón, dirigida a pieles jóvenes, me gusta mucho la textura y el olor que tiene. Sobre todo como queda la piel después de usarla.

Finally, I use the night cream from Avon  for young skin, I like the texture and smell it has. Especially the touch of the skin after use it.
